Common questions
How long does a check-in take?
Under a minute. You name what you notice, mark the intensity, and where you feel it. The practice we offer afterwards runs 1 to 3 minutes, so the whole thing fits inside a kettle boiling.
What happens during the 8 day free trial?
You get full access to your tier from the first minute. We ask for card details so nothing pauses when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time in Membership before day 8 without being charged.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open Membership inside the app and use the billing portal. You can switch between The Starter and The Sovereign, update your card, or cancel. Access stays open until the end of the period you already paid for.
I did not get my welcome or reset email. What now?
Check spam and any promotions folder for connect@enpowerthesovereignmother.team, then add us as a contact. If it is still missing, write to us below with the email address you signed up with and we will resend it by hand.
Can I use the practices without sound?
Yes. Every practice and journey has written steps, and audio-only mode is there when reading is too much. Use whichever version your nervous system can meet today.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Journal entries and check-ins are tied to your account and only visible to you. Nobody else, including us, reads them to build features or train anything.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. This is education and self-regulation support grounded in polyvagal theory, HeartMath and RTT. It sits alongside professional care, and never replaces it. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency service.
The app feels slow or a page will not load.
Refresh once, then sign out and back in. If it persists, tell us your device, browser and what you were doing, and we will chase it down.
How fast do you reply to support?
Within one working day, usually much sooner. Billing questions are treated as urgent.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes, it is built phone first. Add it to your home screen from your browser menu and it opens like an app.
